The list of occupants in 1881 are :

George E Bullen eldest of his sons by Jane Annette Dixon (father John Dixon)
Fanny Bishop was Richards niece by marriage, her maiden name was Webb; her
mother was Martha Dixon elder sister of Jane.
Now, whether it was legal or not, Fanny became Richards partner until their
deaths and my grandfather Frederick Bullen b 1884 was one of their sons.
Walter Bishop was Fannys son, by James Bishop, her first husband; and on the
face of it her only husband legally. But Walter went on and used the name
Bullen all his life.
