My great grandparents were at the Coach and Horses. Now I find my great grandmother's father was also a Licensed Victualler so the trade was already in the family.

On their marriage details, Charles Wright Jones and Emily Jane pickles were married just 10 days after the 1861 census where Charles describes himself as as Licensed Victualler resident in South Mimms, Middlesex; and his father Charles Edward Jones also a Licensed Victualler. I am yet to find Charles in the 1861 census. *
