Ship, Victoria Place, Lower Green, Brightlingsea

Ship, Victoria Place, Lower Green, Brightlingsea

Provided by Ray

I believe, landlord, family and others, standing outside the front door of a Greene King pub of which Alfred A. Coldham is legible as the licensee but with the pub name not shown. This is now confirmed as the above. The card is postally used on 4th September 1905, so Mr. Coldham would have been the licensee from before that date. The postcard is a photograph taken on a "tour" by the writer of the card so quite possibly dates from the summer of 1905.
