The Kellys directory 1906 lists my Great Grandfather Pryce Herbert Owen at the Bell in Danbury. He moved his family to Essex from Montgomeryshire Wales, in the early 1900's. He bought a farm in Danbury on his wife's behalf in 1907, all census records record him as a farmer. On paper work I have of the time, he is said to be a licensed Victualler at the Green Man, Navestock which Kellys directory confirms. *****
