CHELSFIELD is a small village and parish, two miles from Orpington, eight from Sevenoaks, and seven miles and a half from Bromley. The population in 1851 was 878.The church of St Margaret is a neat edifice. The living is a rectory in the gift of All Souls' College, Oxford; the Rev. Follett Baugh, M.A., is the incumbent,
