My relative is Robert Henry Thompson (b 21 may 1852) who was manager in the 1901 & 1911 census and is shown living there as manager with his wife Mary Ann Young; His son Robert John Thompson, born 17 mar 1889 is the one listed in 1919.

Another son listed the hotel as his address and occupation barman in WW1, that was Frank Radley Thompson.
I believe that Charlotte S Young and Mary Ann who was Robert Henry Thompsons wife were sisters & both born in Leytonstone. ***
