My family used to own The Old Guildford barge on the Belvedere Road in Lambeth.  Their surname was Clarkson.  John Clarkson ran the pub in the 1860s and his wife, Sarah Clarkson took over after he died.  It is mentioned in her Will, Sarah Clarkson, formerly of The Old Guildford Barge, Lambeth.  When my grt grt grt grandfather came out of the army in 1862, he gave Belvedere St, Lambeth, as his address. ***
