Mile End Pubs history
At 71 Bakers Row in 1891 census before road renaming. In 1926, this pub was acquired by Quaker philanthropist Mary Hughes and renamed the Dew Drop Inn, which was essentially a hostel for the homeless. It is now in use as a private house. **
