Dating from the 17th century, this pub had become the Chalk Farm Tavern by 1790 and was situated at the confluence of Sharpleshall Street, Berkeley Road and Chalcot Square. It was rebuilt in 1854 about a hundred yards to the north-west at 89 Regents Park Road. Closed for several decades, it has been a Greek restaurant called Lemonia since around the early 1990s. ***
