I have a will dated 1828 in which the licensed victualler for the above was Samuel Watts. He and his family lived there and leased both this property and the one next door, namely No.17. He died in August 1828. I do not have a record of his birth but he married in 1811 in St Martin in the Fields to a Lydia Martin. *
