In the 1897 Pyke's directory, this is listed as the Prince of Wales Beer House. It is by no means certain, but this address may at various times have been known as Bowra's Beer house (1840s) and/or The Prince of Wales (date unknown) and/or The Waterman's Arms (date unknown).
