The original Unicorn Inn stood at 51-53 High Street and closed early in the 19th century.
A new Unicorn Inn was established by 1855 at No. 56 on a site formerly occupied by the Three Pelicans Inn. It had closed by 1930 and has since been in use as an estate agent’s offices.  **
